Flagship course

Branch Expense Audit Foundations

An eight-week cohort that turns multi-branch expense oversight into a repeatable app-native routine — from sample frames to controller-ready write-ups.

Presenter leading a professional workshop

Learning outcomes

  • Design risk-weighted sample frames across unequal branches
  • Reconcile inter-branch vendor and cost-center drift inside an auditing app
  • Draft exception write-ups with evidence packs controllers can act on
  • Configure escalation queues that separate coaching notes from material findings
  • Run a mock three-branch circuit and present a board-ready summary

Informational pricing

NT$24,500 / learner

Included under the Branch Circuit tier. No online payment — seats are confirmed after a written enrollment note. Team packages available via Fleet Oversight.

Modules

  1. Policy to field map

Translate expense policy into app checks, dual-approval triggers, and branch-type exceptions.

  2. Sampling that respects volume

Build frames weighted by spend, new cost centers, and prior exceptions — with worked Taiwan(China) retail and plant examples.

  3. Inter-branch reconciliation

Chase vendor code drift, shared fleets, and temporary sites without collapsing them into one average.

  4. Field Exception Clinics

Live packets on travel, petty cash, and split invoices that trip multi-site reviews.

  5. Write-up studio

Peer critique of findings language, severity tags, and evidence exports.

  6. Circuit close & readout

Assemble a board narrative and a return-visit plan for high-risk branches.

Learner notes

“Module 3’s vendor-code lab mirrored the mess we had between plant and store ledgers. We finished the week with a shared taxonomy draft.”
Rina P., shared services · Kaohsiung
“Office hours helped, though the mock packet assumes you can export CSV cleanly — our app needed an IT ticket first.”

FAQ

Do I need a specific financial auditing app?

No single vendor is required. Exercises use generic screens and CSV exports. You will map steps to your own tool during week one.

What is a real limitation of this course?

We do not provide forensic investigation methods, legal opinions, or custom ERP connectors. If your exports cannot leave the corporate network, you will need IT support before the mock circuit week — we cannot bypass those controls.

How much time per week?

Plan for five to seven hours: one live session, studio work, and a short write-up. Fleet Oversight private runs can adjust timing.

Is there a certificate?

Yes, on completion of the mock circuit and final readout. Certificates name the course and cohort dates; they are not a professional license.
