Refund Policy

Last updated: 30 July 2026. This Policy applies to paid Cloudapishub course enrollments confirmed in writing. Website pricing is informational; payments are arranged offline.

Eligibility

Refunds are available for confirmed paid seats when request conditions below are met. Free previews, complimentary alumni events, and downloadable sample worksheets offered without charge are not refundable purchases.

Timeframe for full refund

You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment receipt if you have not accessed more than Module 1 materials and have not attended a live session beyond the orientation call. Requests must be emailed before the 14-day window closes.

Partial refunds

If you withdraw after Module 1 but before the midpoint of a live cohort, we may offer a partial refund of up to 50% of tuition, less any documented third-party processing fees. After the cohort midpoint, tuition is generally non-refundable except where required by law or where Cloudapishub cancels the program.

Non-refundable items

The following are non-refundable once delivered or consumed: custom policy-mapping workshops already facilitated, printed materials shipped at your request, and third-party exam or platform fees collected on your behalf (if any).

Refund process

Email contact@cloudapishub.digital with subject line “Refund request,” including your full name, cohort name, payment date, and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days and may ask for verification of payment.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval. Funds are returned via the original payment method when possible. Bank transfers may require additional business days depending on your institution.

Cancellation by Cloudapishub

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of tuition paid for that cohort. We are not responsible for travel or incidental costs you arrange independently.

Learner cancellations and exceptions

Seat transfers to a colleague at the same organization are allowed once per enrollment with seven days’ notice before kickoff. Medical or bereavement exceptions may be considered with documentation; remedies may include deferral rather than cash refund.
